A results-focused leader with in-depth knowledge of all aspects of hospitality management. Assessment of restaurant operations: creating sound and profitable business models, successful implementation of proper forecasting, cost containment, revenue generation, control of inventory levels and  overall direction for establishing a successful business. 

Nuno Lourenco : Partner

Resourceful and accomplished professional with more than 15 years of experience in hospitality management, directing operations, building high-performing teams, and optimizing internal operations to improve bottom-line results. Proven track record of identifying opportunities for improvement and integrating SOPs that drive positive organizational change. Collaborative communicator and strategic thinker continually focused on building relationships and promoting synergy across people and processes to promote cohesive business approaches and enhanced profitability.

Juan  Sebastiani  Chief Financial Advisor

In 1988 to create his own Business Consulting Practice in Venezuela. In 1994, he became the head of the largest Consulting Firm in Brazil. In 2001, Juan decided to move back to the United State. He participated in 2 very successful startup companies. He then worked for 10 years for the largest consulting firm for small and medium businesses in the United States with a successful career mainly turning businesses around. In 2014, Juan started his Business Consulting Practice in Florida. He has held the Chief Financial Officer position for several companies while providing them with the highest levels of compliance while making sure management has accurate and timely information to run a profitable business.

Gordan  Maybury : Chef Maybury has 30 years of diverse, top-tier culinary experience, insight, innovation, and culinary knowledge. He is the Chef at Turnberry Resort where is oversees the complete culinary program. Maybury started out doing a traditional apprenticeship in Dublin, Ireland.  Working his way up in Michelin-starred restaurants and hotels in that country. He has held positions in award-winning restaurants and hotels internationally from Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, PGA Resort Palm Beach, the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, Peninsula Hotel New York and Hyatt Regency Grand Cayman.  


Mark Militello : James Beard Award-winning chef is often credited with putting South Florida on America’s culinary map. Recognized for creating contemporary cuisine that has Italian, Asian, and Caribbean influences. Militello opened his first restaurant - Mark’s Place - in North Miami Beach, Florida in 1988. It earned rave reviews and just two years later, Food & Wine named him one of the “10 Best Chefs in America.” In ensuing years, he operated four other namesake restaurants in South Florida: Mark’s Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, Mark’s Mizner Park in Boca Raton, Mark’s South Beach on Miami Beach and Mark’s City Place in West Palm Beach. A Texan by birth, Militello studied pre-med at Marquette University in Milwaukee and earned culinary degrees from Florida International University, as well as New York State University. In addition to the James Beard Award for “Best Regional Chef” in the Southeast, he received two “Golden Dish” awards from GQ magazine and a “Distinguished Restaurant Award” from Conde Nast Traveler, among other prestigious accolades.

Bonnie Whitaker : As an outsource Restaurant CFO Bonnie helps restaurants grow and maximize profitability focusing on optimum operational efficiency, expense savings, cash management, and strategic planning. She has significant experience in finance and accounting with over 16 years’ operational experience in restaurants, bars, lounges, and hotels. Bonnie founded The Wayfarer Group, an accounting and financial consulting company specializing in restaurant start-ups, turnaround, and profit increase. Before partnering with IHG and starting The Wayfarer Group, Bonnie served various companies from Fortune 500 to small cap hedge funds in the capacities of Corporate Controller, Finance Manager, and Financial Analyst. Bonnie’s pertinent experience, qualifications, attributes, and skills include expertise in restaurant accounting, finance, and strategy.

As a tireless perfectionist, she has combined her multi-tasking abilities with strict organization, in addressing the intricacies of the design process.
